Welcome to our Great Wisconsin Birdathon fundraising page! At Quercus, we enjoy all things wild, especially our feathered friends. Other than exchanging bad plant puns, birds are often our only entertainment when working in the field. Fortunately for us, we get to work in some of the best places in the state to find our avian adversaries. So, this year we are excited to participate as a company in the Great Wisconsin Birdathon!

Please consider supporting us with a pledge per species or flat donation. We have pledged $250 + $1/bird, as a nest egg, but hope to grow our fledging donation to $1000 with the help of our flock (yes, bird puns are now fair game). No amount is too small--even small contributions add up! This year the Great Wisconsin Birdathon aims to raise $100,000 for bird conservation in Wisconsin. Your contribution supports the priority projects of the Bird Protection Fund.

  • Conservation of endangered Kirtland's Warblers, Whooping Cranes, and Piping Plovers
  • Research, education, and habitat protection in Central and South America
  • Monitoring of waterbirds
  • Community engagement and habitat protection through Bird City Wisconsin
  • The Wisconsin Breeding Bird Atlas II

The Great Wisconsin Birdathon has raised over $500,000 for Wisconsin's birds since 2012. We have done so much, but there is still so much more to do. Thank you for joining Quercus in making a sustainable future for Wisconsin's birds!
