You can use the Birdathon as an effective fundraising and friend-raising tool. The Birdathon can be a fun staff and board bonding activity, a way to engage major donors, connect with volunteers, or even a gateway activity to engage new people with your organization or Bird City. Your group can have one or more Birdathon teams. Half the funds your team raises will be mailed to you to support your own bird conservation initiatives and half will support priority conservation projects through the Bird Protection Fund.
